Rhianna is a fitness expert with 20 years of experience. With a BS in Health Education and Nutrition as well as a national certification through NSCA-CPT she is passionate about helping a diverse group of individuals obtain health through fitness.
Rhianna’s experience includes assessment and training to youths, mature adults, athletes as well as those with special needs. She offers private, small group and large class training. Boredom is never a problem for Rhianna’s clients as she is certified to train Pilates, yoga, Zumba, cycle, step, muscle conditioning, bosu, bootcamp, kickboxing and core-stability classes. She cleverly combines routines to keep her clients engaged, interested, and anxious for the next class. Always seeking to increase her skill set, Rhianna is currently pursuing a certification in Sports Nutrition.
Rhianna’s developed her passion for fitness at an early age by witnessing the dedication and inspiration of her mother – a fitness expert with 30 years of experience. The tremendous amount of energy and compassion for people demonstrated by her mother provides the daily inspiration to Rhianna’s career.
Being fit is for EVERYBODY, not just an elite athletic few. I understand that exercising on a regular basis isn’t exciting for most people. Getting in shape is often associated with boring exercise routines that never seem to end. I would like to have the opportunity to show you how exercising can be engaging and interesting. My focus is to provide effective exercises in a fun format, eliminating boredom and inconsistent exercise habits.
