I began training with Rhianna in December 2010. I had recently retired from a successful but overly sedentary career. I have always been active and athletic, but this had become more and more sporadic. Rhianna was the spark I needed to get motivated. I saw immediately that I had lost essential strength, balance and speed – she worked with me to provide a balanced, constantly changing and challenging program of cardio, weights, and lengthening exercises. My goal was a bike tour ride in the hills of Southern France with more power for the hills, more speed, and better overall conditioning. weight loss, fat loss, “the whole bit”. With Rhanna’s expert program design, constant challenge and encouragement, and her introduction to a community of fitness seekers, I am acheiving these goals. I lost 30 pounds, 15% body fat and 40+ inches (8″ from my midsection) in the first 4 months. My blood pressure, LDL, and hearat rate are all improved.
I worked with Rhianna twice weekly in personal training sessions, nutritional plan, plus cardio classes and Zumba sessions which I love. I am now continuing to work out with Rhianna in class sessions and boot camps, as well as other fitness activiities on my own and with my husband. I have new goals for weight loss, fitness, flexibility and endurance. As to the bike trip, I was able to climb hills as never before, had more endurance and strength than ever. I celebrated my 64th birthday in style in Bruges, Belgium, then we rode up the North Sea Route of W.Holland. I had more energy and strength than ever.
